MOTION GOLF FITNESS

Hit the ball with consistent accuracy and distance,
while looking and feeling good on and off the course!

Motion Golf is unique in the golf world. We've created a Fitness program that is seamlessly integrated with swing instruction to give you the fastest route to longer, straighter drives. We know that often golf pros are asking you to move in a way that just isn't physically possible. By coordinating golf instruction with specific fitness programs, Motion Golf gives you the physical requirements needed for a great swing. How good you look and feel is a nice side effect.

Motion Golf starts with our state-of-the-art motion capture technology for swing analysis. Our golf teaching professionals and certified fitness instructors work together to pinpoint exactly what is happening in your swing, and then create a customized total program for optimal results. The fitness portion is designed to work hand-in-hand with your swing instruction, each reinforcing the other. A unique, but powerful, concept that gives you more success, more quickly.

Motion Golf Fitness also realizes that avid golfers are not Tour players. So we created a program that is easy, accessible to anyone of any age or fitness level, and takes just 10 minutes a day.

Modern-day Tour Players are demonstrating that a new level of fitness is required to get maximum results from the technologically advanced equipment now available. You can step into the Tour player experience with Motion Golf Fitness.

Motion Golf Fitness Professionals Workshop
Core: More than a Buzz Word, Key to a Great Swing and Winning Putting

"Core" has become a buzz word in the golf world, but there are many misunderstandings of this key concept in golf biomechanics. Further, many large classes may explain intellectually the concept of core, but do not allow for practice "feeling" recruitment of the true core and applying that to golf. The purpose of this practical workshop for teaching professionals, is to

  -   Practice teaching students to add Core principles to all their golf skills
  -   Understand the definition of Core
  -   Learn the Anatomy and physiology of the Core muscle groups
  -   Learn Why the Core is important in Golf
  -   See how crunches won't help the golf swing
  -   Experience recruitment of the Core muscles while in the address position
  -   Feel how proper breathing will assist in Core engagement
  -   Apply Core principles to putting
  -   Apply Core principles to the short game
  -   Apply Core principles to the full swing
